South Africa have emerged from day one in reasonably good condition on 232/4 after being put into bat first. They lost two quick wickets to be 34/2 down, but recovered well with the help of Amla, who made 59, and Kallis who is unbeaten on 81. He'll come out to bat tomorrow with Prince and the weather is expected to be more conducive to batting.
