Set on the backdrop of Goa, the film is about an erstwhile great magician Ethan Mascarenhas (hrithik) who is currently living a life of quadriplegic due to a fatal accident that makes him immobile. He is well taken care of by his nurse Sophia (aishwarya) and has got a good friend in the form of his lawyer Devjani Dutta (shernaz). The story takes a turn when Ethan decides to file petition in the court and this is about Euthanasia.
